This policy explains what information Free Micro Apps (freemicroapps.com) collects, how it's used and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the site needs to work and to understand how it's used.
When you use a tool, we process what you submit, such as a URL, domain, IP address, text or uploaded image, to produce the result. Some tools send that input to outside services (for example search engines, DNS resolvers, link or reputation databases, or Google PageSpeed Insights) to get an answer. We may keep a short history of recent lookups to keep the service running smoothly and to spot abuse. Please don't submit passwords, personal financial details or other sensitive information into tools.
Uploaded files, such as images sent to the EXIF or QR tools, are processed to give you the result and are not published. Temporary files are cleaned up regularly.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand which tools are used and how the site performs. These services use cookies and collect information like pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Advertising-related storage is turned off by default. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site also uses a session cookie to remember settings and, if you sign in, keep you logged in.
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message, and we use them only to reply. We don't sell or rent your contact details.
Creating an account is optional. If you register, we store your username, name, email address and a securely hashed password. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Like most websites, our server records basic request logs, including IP address, time, page requested and browser type, for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse. Logs are kept for a limited time.
We share data only with service providers that help run the site (hosting, analytics, and the lookup services described above), when required by law, or to protect the site and its users. We don't sell personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email get@justinzwick.com.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
